Membership to the Budget Business Program is available to small and mid-size businesses in the U.S. and Canada.
The Budget Business Program provides discounts and earned Rental Credit coupons when booking with your Budget Customer Discount (BCD) number at U.S. corporate and participating licensee locations.
Accounts will earn a $3 Rental Credit for each qualifying rental day.
To earn reward credits you must reserve with your BCD number.
A qualifying rental day is defined as a fully paid, completed rental of one full day’s time-and-mileage charges, at a participating location.
Additional hour charges for periods of less than one day cannot be combined to equal a day.
Budget by the Month and monthly rentals can earn up to $45 in coupons per rental agreement.
Rental Credit coupons are issued electronically on a monthly basis in increments of $15.
Certain rates may charge a per-mileage fee.
Additional discount offer applies to time-and-mileage charges only, is subject to vehicle availability at the time of rental, and may not be available on some rates at some times.
Misuse of a company’ss BCD number, in the sole judgment of Budget, will disqualify that company from future participation in the program.
Budget reserves the right to alter or terminate the program and the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of coupons at any time without notice.

US - Budget Rental Credit Coupon Terms and Conditions
$15 Rental Credit coupons are valid at participating Budget locations in the contiguous U.S. and Canada on any car class.
Dollars off applies to the time-and-mileage charges only.
Taxes, concession recovery fees, vehicle license recovery fee, customer facility charges may apply and are extra.
Optional products such as LDW ($29.99/day or less) and refueling are extra.
An advance reservation with your BCD # and Rental Credit coupon number is required on Budget.com or by calling 1-800-527-0700.
Reservations must be canceled in advance of pick-up time or any applied Rental Credit coupon/s will be forfeited. Budget reservation cancellation policy applies.
Rental Credit coupons may not be combined with any other coupon or offer.
You can apply up to 7 Rental Credits per rental using one coupon code.
Expired coupons will not be accepted.
Budget reserves the right to alter Terms and Conditions and use of Rental Credit coupons and the right to refuse or expire coupons at any time without prior notification.
Rental Credit coupon may not be valid on all rates at all times.
Renter must meet Budget age, driver and credit requirements.
Minimum age may vary by location.
An additional day surcharge may apply for renters under 25 years old.
Coupons have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be sold, cannot be exchanged or returned, are non-refundable and will not be replaced if lost, stolen or expired. Coupons that have been sold, altered or copied are void and will not be honored. Coupons that have been purchased or sold from any online or offline retail establishment will not be accepted.
