Budget $15 Rental Credit Coupons

How are Rental Credits earned?

You get $3 for every qualifying rental day paid out in $15 increments.

How often will Budget Business Program rewards be sent?

You will be notified via email on a monthly basis if your company has earned any $15 Rental Credit coupons

How can I redeem my Rental Credits?
  • Once logged into the Budget Business Program member site you can simply click "Reserve Now" on the “Earned Rewards” page to book. You can also go directly to budget.com and enter your BCD and Rental Credit Coupon Number.
    • If you would have more than one Rental Credit available to redeem, in the "Offer Codes" section of the budget.com reservation page, select "Quantity" from the drop down and choose the amount of Rental Credits you would like to redeem from those available in your account.
  • You can also call 1-800-527-0700 and provide the Rental Credit coupon number and your Budget Corporate Discount (BCD) number.
  • You can apply up to 7 Rental Credits per reservation using one coupon number.

Who is able to use the Rental Credit coupons?

You can share the Rental Credit coupon numbers with anyone in your company to use with your company BCD.

Can I use a Rental Credit coupon after the expiration date?

Unfortunately expiration dates cannot be changed. Forward earned Rental Credits to your company’s travelers immediately upon receipt so they have more time to use them.

Why didn’t I receive credit for all the days on my rental?
  • Rental Credits are calculated based on the amount of paid rental days
  • To receive credit the reservation must have the company Budget Corporate Discount (BCD) number.
  • Travelers should add the company BCD to their Fastbreak profile by logging in and registering on budget.com
If I apply earned Rental Credits to my reservation and then have to cancel my reservation, will I lose my earned Rental Credits?
  • You will not lose your Rental Credits as long as you cancel your reservation in advance of your scheduled pick-up time. Please refer to the Budget cancelation policy for cancelled reservations details.
If I return my car earlier than the return date on my reservation, will I lose unused Rental Credits?
  • Yes, unfortunately you will lose any unused Rental Credits. We recognize there can be special circumstances where travel plans change unexpectedly – please Contact Us regarding your rental.

Can more than one person access this site?

For security purposes only the primary contact for your account can access account information and rewards.

How can we change the person in charge of the rewards online?

To protect your company rewards and privacy, only the primary contact has access to rewards. You can change the primary contact details by updating your “Profile”.

What's the difference between Budget Fastbreak and the Budget Business Program?
  • The Budget Business Program gives your company great rates and rewards every time you and your travelers rent using your Budget Corporate Discount (BCD) number.
  • Budget Fastbreak lets you bypass the counter.

Billing

Can I get a central billing account set up?

Yes, you can choose from one of our flexible billing options:

  • Your travelers can pay at time of rental by presenting a major credit card.
  • As the business owner, you can open a Budget Express Billing account so all of your traveler’s rentals can be billed directly to an established corporate credit card and your expenses can be consolidated for easy reporting.
